How we handle your information.
WebPro360 LLC ("WebPro360," "we," "our," "us") operates webpro360.com and its sub-brand sites. We respect your privacy and keep this policy plainly written so you can read it without a lawyer beside you. If anything below is unclear, email [email protected].
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our "Book a strategy call" form, we collect what you type into it: full name, phone number, email address, and the open question response. The form is delivered to us via Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form-relay service. Formspree stores submissions on its servers and forwards them to us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting access logs. Our web server records IP address, browser user-agent, page requested, referring URL, and timestamp for every visit. Used for security monitoring and troubleshooting; retained for 90 days.
- Google Analytics. If enabled, GA4 records pageviews, session duration, geographic region (city/region level only), device type, and traffic source. Anonymized at collection. Used to understand which pages perform.
- Cookies. A small number of first-party cookies for session continuity and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Your browser's "Do Not Track" signal is respected where technically possible.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your strategy-call request and provide the services we discuss.
- To operate, secure, and maintain our website and infrastructure.
- To understand traffic patterns and improve content (analytics).
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not run advertising re-targeting based on your visit.
3. Third-party services
Some of your information passes through third-party services we use to operate the site:
- Formspree — form submission relay. Formspree privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics. Google privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery (no personal data is sent beyond standard HTTP headers). Google privacy policy.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our hosting infrastructure. AWS holds standard server logs as the host of record. AWS privacy notice.
- Proofpoint — email security filtering for clients on our managed email service. Proofpoint processes email content for spam and threat detection. Proofpoint trust center.
4. Data retention
- Strategy-call form submissions: retained for as long as the engagement (or potential engagement) is active, then archived for up to 7 years for our business records.
- Hosting access logs: 90 days.
- Analytics data: per Google's standard retention (currently 14 months in GA4).
- Email correspondence: retained per our standard business records policy, up to 7 years.
5. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
- Provide a copy of that information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (subject to legitimate business and legal retention needs).
- Stop using your information for any purpose other than the original reason you provided it.
If you reside in California, the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with specific data-protection laws, you have additional rights under those laws (CCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, etc.). Email [email protected] with your request and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We host on first-party infrastructure with industry-standard protections: TLS for all traffic, server-level firewall and intrusion detection, daily off-site backups, malware scanning, and regular software patching. No system is perfectly secure, but we operate the same infrastructure we sell to clients and treat it accordingly.
7. Children's information
This site is for businesses and adult decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will note the revision date and (where appropriate) post a brief notice on the homepage.
