Roger Stanton founded WebPro360 in 2002 and has spent more than two decades building and managing websites for established small businesses.

His path into the work started in the family business. Roger took over Blummer & Stanton, a West Palm Beach woodworking company his family had run for two generations before him. When he began handling its marketing and website himself, he saw firsthand how much the right online presence helped a small business bring in work. That lesson became the reason for WebPro360: to give other small and family-owned businesses the same advantage.

From there, WebPro360 grew into a remote-first agency with team in Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina. Many clients have stayed for ten and fifteen years running, and that kind of tenure does not come from lock-in contracts. It comes from doing the work well and telling the truth.

Roger built the company around a simple idea: small-business owners do not want a vendor, they want a team that knows their business, picks up the phone, and tells them honestly what they need and what they do not. He has guided clients through professional services, trades, healthcare, wellness, and roofing, and he still takes the calls himself.

Outside of the work, Roger is usually within arm's reach of Tank, the German Shepherd puppy and newest member of the WebPro360 family.

Joshua Stanton is a Partner at WebPro360, where he helps businesses accelerate growth through strategic web design, search engine optimization, paid advertising, and digital marketing operations.

Since joining the company, Joshua has progressed from content writer to executive leadership, playing a key role in scaling the agency, expanding service offerings, and developing the systems that support long-term client success.

With experience leading campaigns across legal, home services, healthcare, e-commerce, and professional service industries, Joshua combines data-driven marketing strategy with hands-on business consulting. He has overseen website launches, SEO campaigns, Google Ads initiatives, conversion optimization projects, and local search strategies that have helped clients generate more leads, increase visibility, and improve overall marketing performance.

A graduate of Clemson University with a background in Management Information Systems, Joshua brings both technical expertise and business insight to every project. His focus is simple: build marketing systems that create measurable growth while helping clients understand exactly how their investment translates into results.

When he is not working with clients, Joshua is focused on developing innovative digital marketing strategies, improving agency operations, and helping businesses leverage technology to gain a competitive advantage. He is rarely far from Sarge, his German Shepherd and one of the four WebPro360 mascots.

Working primarily behind the scenes, he assists with system performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting, website reliability, and the ongoing optimization of the platforms that power our clients' online success.

A graduate of Clemson University, William earned a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Management Information Systems — a blend of business knowledge and technical expertise that lets him understand both the operational and technological sides of digital solutions.

He specializes in identifying and resolving technical issues, improving system efficiency, and helping ensure that websites and digital assets remain secure, stable, and high-performing.

Nathan Poillion is our Digital Marketing Specialist, helping businesses strengthen their online presence through social media management, content creation, community engagement, and digital marketing strategy.

He works closely with clients to develop content that builds brand awareness, connects with target audiences, and supports long-term business growth. Nathan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Clemson University, where he is developing a strong foundation in consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, and business strategy. That educational background, combined with hands-on experience in the sports marketing industry, lets him bring both creativity and data-driven thinking to every project.

With a passion for communication and relationship-building, Nathan helps clients create meaningful connections with their audiences while supporting the digital initiatives that drive measurable results.
