Custom dental website design,
built around how patients book.
DentalMedia360 is the dental website design brand of WebPro360, based in Taylors, South Carolina. We design and build custom websites for dental practices, keep them current with Foundation care and run the patient marketing on top. We meet Upstate practices in person at their office, and most of the design and build work happens in Taylors between visits.
Many practices that call us have had the same experience: a templated site that looks like every other practice in town, an SEO report nobody reads, and no one to call when the website goes down. DentalMedia360 was built to be the opposite of that. One team designs your site, builds it, keeps it current with Foundation care and runs the patient marketing on top. One phone number, (800) 360-9882, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 Eastern.
A dental site we built: Erik J. Tallbacka, DMD.
Dr. Tallbacka’s practice offers esthetic dentistry and orthodontics in Stuart, Florida, and the site carries our DentalMedia360 credit in its footer. Below is what you’ll find on the live site today. The practice’s results belong to the practice, so we don’t publish numbers for them.
drtallbacka.com
- A page for each treatment, from porcelain veneers, crowns and implants to Invisalign and sleep apnea care
- A Patient Information section with pages for the first visit, insurance information, patient billing and infection control
- A first-visit page with a downloadable new patient form and a short list of what to bring
- A billing page that lists accepted cards, CareCredit financing and payment plans arranged before treatment
- Aftercare pages for oral surgery, new crowns and temporaries
- An appointment request form with a requested-date field, and office hours, phone and directions in the footer
The questions a new patient asks, answered before the call.
A first-time patient wants to know what the visit involves, whether you take their insurance, how they can pay and how to get on the schedule. When those answers sit one click from the home page, the front desk can spend less time repeating them and more time booking.
The same structure works for general, cosmetic and specialty practices. The treatments change; the path from first search to booked visit stays short.
What every dental site needs ↓Why a dental practice hires DentalMedia360.
The practice owners we work with want three things: a website that looks like a real practice (not a template), a team that understands the patient journey, and a partner who stays after launch. That’s what DentalMedia360 was built to deliver.
What a dental website has to get right.
These are the parts of a dental site that decide whether a new patient books, and the places where privacy and accessibility rules apply. We plan each one with you on the strategy call and write the scope into your proposal.
A new-patient path and an easy appointment request
New patients want to know what the first visit involves, what to bring and how to book. A first-visit page with your new patient form and a short checklist (recent x-rays, a medication list, insurance details) answers that before the phone rings. A short request form and a tap-to-call number sit on every page, and if you use an online scheduling tool, we place it where patients look for it.
How you bill, explained plainly
Say how you work with dental benefits, what to bring and who to call, then list the payment options and any financing you offer. The American Dental Association’s own website guidance points out that benefit plans vary too much to explain every plan online, so we keep insurance pages practical rather than exhaustive.
Forms that keep health details out of plain email
A practice that bills dental insurance electronically is a HIPAA covered entity, and any outside service that receives, stores or sends patient health information for you needs a business associate agreement with your practice. So we keep website request forms to what scheduling needs and send health history to your secure patient intake system, or to a form service that will sign that agreement.
A site every patient can use
The Americans with Disabilities Act lists the professional office of a health care provider as a public accommodation, and the Justice Department’s 2022 guidance says that reaches websites. Practices that take Medicaid also fall under HHS’s Section 504 rule, which names WCAG 2.1 AA as the standard for websites. Whoever builds your site should name the accessibility standard and the testing in the proposal.
Smile photos, with written consent
Before-and-after photos come from patient records, and HIPAA requires the patient’s written authorization before you use their information to market the practice. The American Dental Association publishes a sample photo release for exactly this. We add a gallery only after you confirm the signed releases are on file at your practice.
Your practice on Google Maps, done right
Google allows a profile for the practice and, under its guidelines, separate profiles for dentists who see patients there during posted hours. Replies to reviews need care: in 2019 HHS settled with a Dallas dental practice that disclosed patient information in its replies to online reviews. A safe reply never confirms that a reviewer is a patient. Profile management is $195/month for Foundation clients.
A custom dental website that does the work, and a team that runs it after launch.
Your custom website is the one-time project. Managed website care and The 360 Plan are how we run it after launch. Both are optional. Prices marked “from” are starting points; the number is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Built for the full dental practice ecosystem.
DentalMedia360 builds for general dental practices, specialty practices and dental-related businesses: DSO groups, dental labs and dental product companies.
Each practice type gets a site built for its patients, not one dental template reskinned. Page structure, schema markup and the patient path are scoped to the practice on the strategy call. A practice with more than one office gets a page for each location, matched to that office’s Google Business Profile.
Dental website design for Upstate practices.
We’re based in Taylors, South Carolina, and we meet Upstate dental practices in person at their office. Most of the design and build work happens in Taylors between visits, and the same team picks up the phone after launch. Practices outside the Upstate work with us by phone and video.
Meeting at your office means we see the front desk, the operatories and the way your team actually schedules, and the website gets built around that. See how we work across the region on our Greenville, Spartanburg and South Carolina pages.
Four steps from “our website is embarrassing” to launch.
One engagement. One monthly number.
Plenty of agencies build the dental website and then disappear. Under The 360 Plan we build it and then run it, with one team, one monthly number and a quarterly review of how it’s working.
- Foundation care, Google Business Profile and reviews: Amazon’s AWS network, Cloudflare in front, 99.9% uptime guarantee, daily backups, TIMO monitoring
- SEO program and content: scoped to your market and the treatments you want to grow
- Paid advertising and social management: ad spend is billed separately at cost
- Business email and Proofpoint security: the inbox your practice actually runs on, hardened
- Quarterly business review: new patient inquiries and booked appointments, not vanity rankings
- One phone number, one team: (800) 360-9882

The strategy call is thirty minutes by phone or video, or in person at your office if you’re in the Upstate. Tell us about your practice and your current site. You’ll leave with a clear sense of whether we’re a fit, and if we are, a written proposal with your scope and your number follows.
