Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you fill out a contact or strategy-call form, send us an email, or call us. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us about your business.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring source. We use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4) for this.

Website chat assistant

The chat on our website is an AI assistant, and it says so. When you use it, we save the conversation and the details you choose to share, such as your type of business, business name, city, name and phone number, so our team can follow up and improve the answers it gives. Card numbers, Social Security numbers and passwords typed into the chat are removed before anything is saved. We do not store your IP address itself, only a scrambled version used to prevent abuse, and the chat uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Your messages are processed by our AI service provider to write the replies; we do not sell them or use them for advertising. If you ask us to text you, we only text you about your project. Chat transcripts are deleted after 180 days, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner by calling us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business (such as hosting, email, analytics and security vendors), and only as needed to deliver our services or when required by law.

Data security

We host on our servers on Amazon’s AWS network, behind Cloudflare’s routing and security, with daily backups, a web application firewall, automatic SSL and TIMO monitoring checking every few minutes, around the clock. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply the same operational discipline to our own data that we apply to client systems.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the number or address below. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

WebPro360 LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at rstanton@webpro360.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
