TIMO checks more than a green light.
Threshold checks watch measures such as response time, server load, disk use, and certificate age. Integrity checks inspect page content, not just whether a server answered. Monitoring runs inside and outside the hosting environment, and alerts go to our team. That gives us information to investigate problems without making you maintain a dashboard. This page explains the service; it does not display a live monitoring feed.

The handover
Identify who controls the domain and DNS, where email is hosted, and which forms need checking. Website and email changes need to be coordinated.
What counts as an edit
Changes to pages you already have: text, photos, hours, staff, prices, service lists, form fields, links. Up to one hour a month is included, and requests in by 10 a.m. ET are done the same business day. New functionality, integrations and design changes are quoted or billed as website programming ($90/hr), and we tell you before we start.

What is included in Foundation?
Same-day edits and updates (requests in by 10 a.m. ET, up to one hour a month), new pages in 24 to 48 hours at $150 to $250 each, a $25 monthly credit toward a redesign, WordPress and plugin updates, daily off-site backups with restores, uptime monitoring, firewall and malware scanning, DNS, SSL and email records, phone support, and hosting on our own AWS infrastructure. Foundation is $59 per month billed annually at $708, or $75 month to month.
Do you offer an uptime guarantee?
Foundation includes a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Confirm the service terms and any exclusions in your agreement.
Can you host a website you did not build?
We can review your existing platform and requirements. Migration scope and compatibility are confirmed before the move.
Does this include email?
Business email and Proofpoint protection are available separately or within a broader plan. Mailbox requirements are scoped with you.
How do I report a security issue?

Please test only as far as you need to show the problem, don’t access, change or keep anyone’s data, and give us a fair chance to fix it before sharing it publicly.
