The websites we build are hand-coded, not assembled from WordPress plugins and themes. There’s no plugin to go out of date, no admin login to guess and no database for a script to break into.

A typical WordPress site runs a content system, a database, a login page and a stack of plugins, each with its own update schedule. Every piece is something an attacker can probe. A hand-coded site serves its pages directly, so most of those targets simply aren’t there.

Without a content system, you don’t log in to change text. You send the change to us, and Foundation care includes same-day edits. For most business owners, that’s a relief, not a limitation.

Is a hand-coded site impossible to hack?
No site is. A hand-coded site removes the most common targets, and Cloudflare, patching and monitoring cover what’s left.
Can you move my WordPress site to a custom build?
Yes. We rebuilt The Patrick School’s site and moved its admissions application and donations off WordPress.
Can I still have forms, a blog and online payments?
Yes. Forms, blog posts and payment links all work on a custom build. We scope what your site needs before we quote.
