The legal specialist arm of WebPro360 — same team, same number, since 2002.

Most law firms come to us after the same experience: a templated site that looks like every other firm in town, an SEO company that sends a monthly report no one reads, and no one to call when the website goes down the week of a big filing. LawMedia360 was built to be the opposite of that. One team designs your site, builds it, hosts it on ShieldPRO, and runs the client-intake marketing on top. One phone number — (800) 360-9882 — and Roger picks it up most days.

The law firm pattern

Why a law firm hires LawMedia360.

The managing partners we work with want three things: a website that looks like a real firm (not a template), a team that understands how a client chooses a lawyer, and a partner who stays after launch. That's what LawMedia360 was built to deliver.

Built for the client, not the lawyer
Your website's job is to convert a person in a stressful moment into a consultation request. We design for that outcome — clear practice-area pages, trust signals in the right places, local “near me” search visibility, and a mobile experience that works when someone is searching at 11pm.
Client-first · intake-focused
Bar-aware copy, real numbers
Copy is written with your state bar's advertising rules in mind — no outcome guarantees, no superlatives you'd have to defend. And every proposal includes scope, timeline, and one price. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the strategy call.
Bar-aware · one written number
Confidential by construction
Intake forms run over SSL on ShieldPRO hosting we own, and the inbox that receives them can be hardened with Proofpoint enterprise filtering. Same designer, developer, and project lead from kickoff through launch — the team that builds your site runs it.

Practice areas

Built for the full range of practice areas.

LawMedia360 serves solo attorneys, multi-partner firms, and specialty practices across the practice areas below. Each firm gets a site built for how its clients actually choose a lawyer — not one legal template reskinned.

Personal Injury Family Law Criminal Defense Estate Planning Business & Corporate Real Estate Immigration Employment Law

Each practice area gets pages built for its client — the questions they ask, the urgency they feel, and the local “near me” searches they run. Page structure, schema markup, and intake flow are scoped to the firm during the strategy call.

How we work

Four steps from “our website is embarrassing” to launch.

01
Strategy call
Thirty minutes by phone or video. Tell us about the firm, what's not working with your current site, and what you'd want a new one to do for client intake. We diagnose, we don't pitch.
02
Plan & proposal
A written plan with scope, timeline, and a real number. No “starting at.” We include the full page count, the revision rounds, and the launch timeline. If we're not the right fit, we tell you here.
03
Design & build
Weekly progress on a real staging link — not a slide deck with mockups. We change course early, not at launch. Most law firm sites launch in four to six weeks.
04
Launch & grow
On ShieldPRO from day one. Then local SEO, Google Ads, and reputation management — measured against new client inquiries and booked consultations, not vanity rankings.

The 360 Plan

One engagement. One monthly number.

Most agencies build the law firm website, then disappear. We build the website, then run it — hosting, email security, local SEO, client-intake campaigns, and the AI integration layer that makes all of it work. The 360 Plan is how we run an operator's engagement: one monthly number, one team, the next decade.

What's in The 360 Plan
  • ShieldPRO hosting — first-party infrastructure, 99.9% uptime guarantee, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring
  • Business email + Proofpoint security — the inbox your firm actually runs on, hardened
  • SEO — on-page work, two posts a month, monthly performance call
  • Paid + social — one paid channel actively managed, social on one platform, branded and on schedule
  • AI integration layer — copy drafting, anomaly detection, topical clustering, creative testing
  • Quarterly business review — new client inquiries, booked consultations, pipeline. Not vanity rankings.
  • One phone number, one team — (800) 360-9882. Same team every engagement.
The 360 Plan

12-month term · annual prepay 10% off

Law firm website FAQ

Common questions, answered straight.

Do you build sites for all practice areas?
Yes — personal injury, family law, criminal defense, estate planning, business and corporate, real estate, immigration, and employment law. The site structure and intake flow change with the practice area; the build process is the same.
How long does a law firm website project take?
Most law firm sites launch in four to six weeks. Firms with multiple attorneys, several practice areas, or multiple office locations take longer — your written proposal will name a real timeline.
How much does a law firm website cost?
Custom law firm website builds start at $2,995. Larger scopes — more pages, multiple offices, integrations — are quoted individually. Your written proposal includes one number for the full scope, confirmed before you commit.
Do you follow bar advertising rules?
We write and design with state bar advertising rules in mind: no guaranteed outcomes, no unverifiable superlatives, and clear attorney-advertising conventions where your state requires them. Final compliance review stays with your firm — we structure the copy so that review is easy.
How do you handle confidential intake form submissions?
Intake and consultation-request forms run over SSL on ShieldPRO hosting we own, and the email layer that receives them can be hardened with Proofpoint enterprise filtering. How your firm receives and stores submissions is scoped on the strategy call.
Can you integrate with our practice management software?
Often, yes — consultation request forms, client intake links, and scheduling widgets are scoped during the strategy call. Full two-way integrations with case or practice management platforms are quoted as custom scope.
Do I own my website after launch?
Yes. The site, the code, the design files, and the domain are all yours. You can move them any time.
Can LawMedia360 take over our site from another legal marketing company?
Frequently. We've migrated sites from legal-specific platforms, regional agencies, and DIY installs. Migration scope goes on the proposal after the strategy call.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to start, balance due at launch. For firms bundling multiple services or going onto The 360 Plan, we can structure payment plans across the project term.
Do you write the website content, or do we?
Either. Some firms send us existing copy or practice-area descriptions; others want us to draft everything from scratch. Attorney copy is drafted with your state bar's advertising rules in mind. Either way is included in the proposal.
Do you offer SEO and client intake marketing after the site launches?
Yes — under The 360 Plan, which bundles hosting, local SEO, paid, social, email security, and the AI integration layer into one monthly engagement. Optional, but most firms choose it.
