Web design in Mauldin, SC, while the city builds a center.
Mauldin sits on the Golden Strip, the I-385 corridor it shares with Simpsonville and Fountain Inn. The name goes back to 1953, when Greenville extended its water lines to these towns and residents said the water was like gold. For years Mauldin was known as a bedroom community for Greenville, and its businesses grew up along US 276 and Butler Road.
The city is now building a center on purpose. Its plans include a walkable City Center Village around City Hall, starting with Maverick Yards; an improved East Butler Road with a new multiuse path; and an extension of the Swamp Rabbit Trail through Mauldin to BridgeWay Station, the mixed-use development along I-385 that includes a stadium for the Greenville Triumph and Greenville Liberty soccer clubs.
Mauldin has real industry, too. C.F. Sauer makes Duke’s Mayonnaise here, and Brookfield Office Park holds a cluster of professional offices. That mix of offices, plants and new neighborhoods is who we build for, from Taylors, with meetings at your place of business.
Offices, plants and the services around them.
If your customers are Mauldin’s new neighbors as much as its longtime ones, your site needs to reach both.

Name the landmark, not just the city
Mauldin has strong landmarks: the Mauldin Cultural Center, City Hall on Butler Road and, more and more, BridgeWay Station. Naming the one you’re near on your contact page helps a first-time customer find you.
Road work changes your directions
The Building a Better Butler project covers a 1.7-mile stretch of East Butler Road. If your entrance or parking is affected, update your Business Profile, directions and any “find us” copy when it changes, so customers aren’t turned around by a closed lane.
A page per town is not the answer
Many Mauldin businesses also serve Simpsonville, Fountain Inn and Greenville. Build a page for another town only when you have something true and specific to say about working there; near-copies with the town name swapped are what Google’s spam policies call doorway pages.
